On August 6, 2007 sometimes charlie gave the OK for archive.org:
"HELLO ETREE. let me first say that i love and appreciate what you guys
do so much!
i'm in a band called sometimes charlie, and we want to be in the Live
Music Archive. i have already uploaded our stuff to the open source
audio section because i didnt know how to join the LMA. i assume i
will be able to get the regular copy right policy (nobody can make
money off of the things i put up here, or claim it as their own,
yadayadayada). let me know if i should upload my shows over again, or
if you can just move them out of the open source section.
